Cover Boy...(L'ultimo rivoluzione) - Cover Boy...(The Last Revolution)

A foreplay during the last days of the Ceaucescu-regime in Romania: Little Ioan has to witness his father getting wounded during a putsch against his father’s autoritarian power. A grown-up young man and illegal immigrant in Italy he later wants to start a new life. He strands in the kennel until he meets Michele who provides him with a job at the wasteyard. Capitalism is anything but friendly to him and Ioan has to fight for his survival. When famous photographer Chiara discovers him as a model for a „revolutionary“ fashion line he faces the last and horrible delusion until he finally recognizes the true value of Michele’s simple and uncomplicated affection. It’s the last revolution for Ioan because it is connected to his recognizing his gay identity.
