Remake - Remake

Ex-communards-weekend in the country. 40 years later. Two divorced couples and their children meet at Max' house where he still lives like the others intended to do back then. He is still unconformist - even when he merely goes to the supermarket. Max has to sell his land, that's why he gathered the old friends. After some nostalgic idealisation of old times, the children suddenly speak up and tell their side of the story: how difficult it was to adjust to a normal lifestyle, to being unhappy.
Not only a European topic but universal. In Max' Catalan farmhouse the lightness of sense comes back however. Revolution? Subversion? All forgotten - but not entirely.
